Rental Time: Weekend rentals (Friday-Sunday) and holidays are all day rentals. Failure to timely return the access key may result in forfeiture of the security deposit. The key shall be returned to the Parks and Recreation Department no later than the first business day after the reservation date. If reservation is on a non-business day, the key may be picked up on the last business day prior to the reservation. Refunds will only be issued for cancellation requests received at least thirty days in advance of the rental date.Īccess Key: A key to access the facility may be picked up by the renter at the Parks and Recreation Office located at City Hall (150 Avon Belden Rd.) during regular business hours (8:00 am-4:30 pm) on the day of reservation. Reservations can be made over the phone with a credit card or in our office.Ĭancellations: Requests for cancellation of a rental must be received in writing. The hourly/daily rental fees are due 30 days prior to the event date. Your deposit is not applied to the rental fee. Payment Procedure: Any booking requires the refundable security deposit to secure the date.
Parking: There are 22 on-site parking spaces with overflow parking available across the street at the Old Firehouse Community Center and the old RTA Commuter lot on Lake Road across the street from the Boat Club. If you do not want another rental taking place during your event we suggest you rent the Gazebo as well.Īddress: 32756 Lake Road Avon Lake, OH 44012 The Gazebo right next to the Lake House is not included in Lake House rentals. There is a patio overlooking Lake Erie with a large charcoal grill and five round picnic tables. There is a small warming kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, and oven. This facility has tables and chairs to accommodate 72 people. There are 72 chairs, 12 (4') round tables, and 4 (6') serving tables, 1 (5') serving table and a pull down projection screen.
